Apex Performance Group LLC is led by Robert McCue, a former General Manager and Executive Director at MILO Virtual and Live Training Systems with 28 years of leadership in advanced training technologies. As Founder and Executive Director of APG, a U.S. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Rob brings more than three decades of experience in the design, development, and deployment of scenario-based simulators and reality-based training systems serving defense and public safety markets.

His career spans global engagement with military and law enforcement organizations across North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East. A former rifle platoon NCO with the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, company jumpmaster, and pathfinder, Rob combines operational expertise with deep technical knowledge of weapons skills development and mission-focused training systems.
